Xing Ya (1995-2022), born in Weinan, moved to Ningbo in 2013, and studying poetry in Beijing. Her work has appeared in journals such as Poetry, Youth Literature, and Mang zhong . Her work has been awarded the 25th Rou Gang Poetry Award and the 5th Guanghua Poetry Award. The poetry collection, Dongwu yizhi ji (The Collection of Strange Animals), is out now.
